We strongly recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully and that group organisers distribute them to all members of your party.

Reservations

Your holiday will be reserved upon receipt of your deposit. A confirmation email will be sent to you. On receipt of your confirmation from Fish Croatia it is important to check that all the details are exactly as you requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact us immediately.

All website and printed descriptions are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure their accuracy. Therefore, changes may be made to the particulars you have seen at any time before the contract with you is made. In these circumstances, we will notify you of such changes prior to confirmation of your booking.

Price & Payment Methods

The costs of our holidays are fixed for the duration of 2009/10. Payment can either be made by cheques, major credit card or bank transfer.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure a reservation, with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Should you book within ten weeks of departure the full balance of the holiday will be required.

Insurance

We strongly advise that all our clients take out adequate insurance, covering personal accident, medical expenses and repatriation.

Travel Documents

Holiday insurance is a must, whatever the type of get-away you’re planning, therefore you must also obtain adequate holiday, travel, and medical insurance cover and whilst we will try to assist in the event of a claim we accept no responsibility for the actions of any insurance company and/or underwriters.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your holiday you will be liable for a cancellation fee based on the following:

Cancellation 8 weeks or more before booked date – fee is deposit only
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before trip date – fee is full cost of the trip.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance against irrecoverable cancellation costs. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time. In the event that we cancel your holiday we will fully refund any payments made by you to us. We will notify you of the cancellation in writing as soon as possible and any refunds will be made within 14 days.

Financial Protection

Flights which are ATOL bonded mean that you are protected in the unlikely event of our insolvency in that the CAA ensure that you are not stranded abroad and arrangements will be made to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. Due to the nature of our facilities provided by us on the ground, and due to the fact these facilities are not wholly owned by Fish Croatia, this is not an ABTA bonded package.

Passports

All guests should ensure that they hold the appropriate passport and travel documents at time of travel.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to fire, storm, flood, weather, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, and threat of terrorist activity, war, Acts of God or any other events beyond our control.

Complaints

If you have a complaint please address it to the Owners of Fish Croatia.

Fishery Rules and Regulations

All guests (anglers and non anglers) must agree to abide by all rules as laid down by the Owners.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you, if we, our employees or agents or any other person appointed under our authority, judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients, or to any other person or property. In this situation we will not accept any liability to pay you a refund or provide compensation or damages which you may incur.

Children

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer.  With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party.
Fish Croatia act as exclusive UK agents for our Croatian partner providers.
